Olga started her career in ManpowerGroup in 2011, heading the internal process control department, which was later reorganized to Department of Internal Administration. More than 4 years she successfully manages all the operational and administrative processes of the company.
Prior to joining Manpower Olga was successfully engaged in teaching for 10 years.
She worked at the leading manufacturing company "Radomir", where she grew from an accountant to deputy CEO.
She held the top position as the Head of the group of managers in the Facilicom company, where she supervised large-scale projects "Mega" and IKEA and was engaged in the commercial real estate management.
She graduated from the Gorky State Pedagogical Institute of Foreign Languages, specialty "teacher of English and German."
