Plan, develop and facilitate deployment of brand initiatives across AIL branches by ensuring relevant communication and marketing support aimed to build brand equity among consumers, secure volume and market share targets achievement.
Sales volume and share of market increase of new and current brands
Analyse key business indicators of brands to reveal specific points for SoM growth (quarterly/semi-annually)
Process AC-Nielsen raw data and prepare analysis report on main factors
Develop and evaluate concept, design, brand communication and key visual
Develop and control implementation of launching plan
Brief internal and AIL field force regarding upcoming product initiatives execution
Get feedback from trade partners and consumers on product for further adjusting product features if possible
Any other tasks requested by the company management, HQ
SKILLS:
3-5 years in FMCG companies/creative agencies; special: 2-3 years in Brand Marketing
Russian (native), English (intermediate and higher);
Excel, Power point - advanced user; Databases knowledge as a plus
Relevant experience in categories: Marketing, Brand, Consumer, Sales, Advertising
