Credit analyst

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of risk departent conclusion documentation, opinions on leasing/credit requests for end customers/dealers including financial analysis, industry analysis and respective structural recommendations to decision makers on the most appropriate conditions;
• Monitoring the evolution of the creditworthiness/risks of clients, industries and advising on risk aspects incl. possible steps which can be undertaken to protect Company’s position;
• Methodological development of internal leasing policies, scorecards, underwriting processes
• Ensuring full compliance with the Group norms and policies in corporate risk aspects;

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience (international captive leasing companies/banks/factoring companies) is a must;
• University degree (Finance, Credit or Accounting);
• Knowledge of RAS and IFRS accounting as advanced reader;
• Strong communication and proven analytic skills;
• Initiative and self-starting team player, ready to work under pressure and take responsibility;
• Upper-intermediate English and Russian (both writing & speaking).
