• Customer order portfolio intake and follow up until delivery.
• Customer “help desk” on
- parts availability
- orders status
- backorder progress
- warehouse errors
- order modifications
- pricing issues
- VOR requests, etc.
• To meet customer expectations on handling properly the order activity, monitoring the expedition of backorders, providing prompt reaction on every dealer issue.
• Order and shipping documentation processing via 1C
• Communication with Warehouses/MM/Logistics in order to get in time the reply on all dealer inquires.
• Interface with Commercial & Finance department for invoicing execution
• Coordination of WH processes in terms of CS activity
• Providing training for new dealer upon request on order management and business system usage.
• Issue shipping documents from time to time (duplicates).
• Process all the dealer inquiries via CRM, provide reports from CRM upon request

• Good English level
• University degree
• 1C experience
