HR Manager (КДП+Рекрутмент)

  • Staffing - consistently recruit excellent blue collar and specialist positions (job posts, phone interviews, tracking applicants, ensuring positive interview experience). Generate recruitment KPI reports, act in accordance with business recruitment needs, improve processes, create up-to date programs and provide close follow up;
  • Onboarding – maintain smooth onboarding process (explaining job descriptions, conducting general induction, explaining compensation and benefits, checking on an employee during the probation period, conducting exit interviews);
  • HR Administration – provide close monitoring of the following document flow: new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and the rest HR administration functions. Ensure all records follow the Russian Labor law. Liaise with service providers;
  • Payroll – initial data entry, liaising with payroll accountants on data check, administration of additional benefits;
  • Communication - advise and assist managers and supervisors on interpretation and administration of HR policies, prepare helpful and engaging presentations, maintain employee boards with up-to-date information, keep up with the brand policy. Resolve work situations through positive and professional mediation, handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures, maintaining employee and workplace privacy;
  • Legal institutions cooperation – providing reports to various state organizations.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree plus minimum 2 years of experience in the field of recruitment and HR administration;
  • English language skills: Intermediate+;
  • Computer skills: Proficient user of Office 365 and SharePoint, recruitment software, databases and spreadsheet;
  • Attitude: pro-active, positive, passionate abut HR and helping others, maturity and strength, “can do” and results oriented.

We are looking for HR Specialist who would take ownership of the appointed areas of responsibility and locations. To perform well in this role, you should have solid HR background in recruitment, payroll, admin and a huge desire to continue further development in Talent Acquisition area. You should be able to perform a wide variety of projects as required and provide a high level of dependability.

You will be a part of 7 people HR team, who will be happy to help and develop you throughout your career with us. You will also have office manager to help you handle certain HR admin tasks. The work requires standard office hours from 08:00 to 17:00 (with one hour for lunch and coffee breaks). Upper intermediate English or above is necessary to be able to translate internal documents and participate or lead international projects. Understanding of US and European business culture is a big plus. Our person will have proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), demonstrate strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism, demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the company, maturity and discretion. Demonstrate initiative and sound judgement. Ability to work independently but be an integral part of one team with common goals. Managing time effectively.
