Full administrative support and assistance: agenda management, organization of business trips & travel support, entering receipts for expenses, processing mail, preparing responses;
Providing support in preparation of external and internal meetings and presentations;
Dealing with correspondence;
Arranging business trips: travel assistance, making hotel reservations, organizing car rentals and prepare reimbursements with Finance;
Dealing with documents flows addressed to/from General Manager, follow up and report according to deadlines;
Provide support to the expatriates and their families when it’s necessary and approved by General Manager;
Assist in organizing visa support and registration for employees and visitors;
Assist in co-ordination, management and completion of special projects;
Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences and special events;
Coordinate day-to-day routine with operations;
Occasional ad hoc tasks and urgent special requests.
Requirements:
Experience at international company;
Working place: location of the Branch;
5-Day work week: 8-hour working day from 08:30 or 09:00, 30 mins – 1 hour launch time;
Availability: 24/7, readiness to be in touch outside of working hours;
Vacations to be planned at the same time with General Manager;
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment;
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality;
Ability to work under the pressure;
Result-oriented;
Well structured;
High degree of motivation, creativity and knowledge.

Conditions of employment
The position is to be outsourced, to be employed by company after successfully completion of 1-2 years;
