Support short- and long-term marketing activities, including PR, special events, advertising, social media, digital marketing and other promotional strategies;
Supervise brand communications, maintain brand standards for all marketing materials including advertising materials, videos, social media, web, dealers content, etc.
Coordinate activities of local PR agency, ensure high quality of service, coordinate day-to-day work, control agency’s results and achievements;
Support of the press-events such as press conferences, interviews, exhibitions, product launches, dealers and customers events;
Correct and copywrite/rewrite press releases, articles, briefing materials, Q&As, comments;
Build strong and long-term relationships with media & professional communities;
Liason with bloggers and influencers;
Ensure regular updates of corporate websites;
Supervise social media accounts;
Collaborate and supervise dealer’s PR activities
Collaborate and support dealers network to comply with marketing policy, dealer’s standards and brand book.
Adapt Global marketing materials;
Liason with external agencies: set tasks, goals, follow-up and overall management, control documents flow;
Keep up with new communication trends and offer innovative communication approaches, monitor competitors media activity;
Direct and dotted line reporting;
Administration of the payments to external providers in 1C;
Making of the reports and presentation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing or related field or relevant experience
2 - 3+ years of communications -related experience (preferably in Construction or Agriculture Business)
Knowledge on local media landscape with focus on B2B media;
Fluency in Russian is a must (grammar test will be provided);
Fluent English is a must;
Excellent oral and writing skills;
Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
Experience in managing communications processes across matrixed organization;
Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
Accuracy, stress resistance, high self-motivation, knowledge of business etiquette;
PC advanced user MS Office (Power Point, Excel, 1C).
