PR and Marketing communication Manager

Job responsibilities:

  • Support short- and long-term marketing activities, including PR, special events, advertising, social media, digital marketing and other promotional strategies;
  • Supervise brand communications, maintain brand standards for all marketing materials including advertising materials, videos, social media, web, dealers content, etc.
  • Coordinate activities of local PR agency, ensure high quality of service, coordinate day-to-day work, control agency’s results and achievements;
  • Support of the press-events such as press conferences, interviews, exhibitions, product launches, dealers and customers events;
  • Correct and copywrite/rewrite press releases, articles, briefing materials, Q&As, comments;
  • Build strong and long-term relationships with media & professional communities;
  • Liason with bloggers and influencers;
  • Ensure regular updates of corporate websites;
  • Supervise social media accounts;
  • Collaborate and supervise dealer’s PR activities
  • Collaborate and support dealers network to comply with marketing policy, dealer’s standards and brand book.
  • Adapt Global marketing materials;
  • Liason with external agencies: set tasks, goals, follow-up and overall management, control documents flow;
  • Keep up with new communication trends and offer innovative communication approaches, monitor competitors media activity;
  • Direct and dotted line reporting;
  • Administration of the payments to external providers in 1C;
  • Making of the reports and presentation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in PR, marketing or related field or relevant experience
  • 2 - 3+ years of communications -related experience (preferably in Construction or Agriculture Business)
  • Knowledge on local media landscape with focus on B2B media;
  • Fluency in Russian is a must (grammar test will be provided);
  • Fluent English is a must;
  • Excellent oral and writing skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
  • Experience in managing communications processes across matrixed organization;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team across different departments;
  • Accuracy, stress resistance, high self-motivation, knowledge of business etiquette;
  • PC advanced user MS Office (Power Point, Excel, 1C).
