Corporate Reals estate and facility manager is a multiskilled person with high technical education, possessing deep knowledge in civil construction and engineering systems (including industrial cooling systems) with proven track record in repair and maintenance of those systems. On top of technical skills ability to prioritize, manage time, cost and quality constraints along with ability to manage remote teams across different countries are essential skills for the role.

CREFM will directly report to operations manager with functional reporting line to Corporate Real Estate Director (Part of CREM community/network)

We expect:

Real estate / Construction expertise

• Knowledge in general development principles
• Knowledge in modern construction norms (SNIPs) and principles
• Deep knowledge in facility maintenance principles (master maintenance plan, maintenance schedules)
• Proven track record in facility management (management of warehouse and production facilities is favorable)
• Ability to read and understand construction documentation
• Steering of facility suppliers / vendors
• Experience in planning and evaluation of planning
• Steering and Support of locations (warehouses) regarding hard FM (maintenance, repairs and Upgrades/ modernization)

Engineering systems

• Deep knowledge in civil construction engineering systems, including but not limited to
  • Power supply systems
  • Water and gas supply systems
  • HVAC
• Permit for electrical works (4th level)
• Ability to read and understand engineering documentation

Industrial cooling / freezing systems (ICS)

• Knowledge in principles of designing and construction of ICS
• Knowledge of parameters of cooling systems
• Proven track record in repair and maintenance of ICS

Storage systems and handling equipment

• Knowledge in modern storage systems (types of racking systems)
• Knowledge in modern types of materials handling equipment (MHE)

Fire fighting regulations

• Knowledge of local fire-fighting regulation (norms and maintenance principles)
• Proven track record in communication with government officials (MCHS)

Project management skills

• Acute in project management (knowledge of project management principles / methodologies and software. Knowledge of MS Project is favorable)
• Proven track record in managing construction projects including procurement / tender management

HACCP

• Knowledge in general HACCP principles is favorable (quality inspections, pest control, insect control, sanitation and vet control, cleaning standards)
• Participation in official HACCP audits is favorable

Requirements:

• High technical education
• English language (upper-intermediate/ fluent)
• Management & Leadership skills
• Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCAD; MS Project)
• Experience to work in international teams
