1. Create guidelines for Sales Team in assigned area
2. Develop and execute in-store projects aimed to promote products, drive up sells, build brand recognition and affinity.
3. Plan point of sale material (POSM) execution instore in line with company business & marketing strategies.
4. Plan promotional materials efficiently to improve time to market, reduce resources, cost, and compliance risks, track usage and report
5. Manage transportation of marketing materials: delivery planning and execution, delivery Tender / IA
6. RO stocks reporting (weekly/ monthly)
7. Motivational programs for field team, distributor, retailers etc.
