In 2007 Irina has joined the ManpowerGroup team as a business development specialist. She started off focusing on industrial projects,
Shortly after, together with her supervisor, Irina has started developing the business in all the directions.
“I did a lot of tendering – I would prepare almost all the tenders at the time says Irina. – We have launched a number of interesting projects, for example, we were the first to provide the Salary Review service on the Russian market. I used to prepare these reviews myself before the consulting department was formed.
After maternity leave, I returned to ManpowerGroup Russia & CIS as a lead business development specialist.
In 2013 I have moved to the Account Management Department as an Account Manager. A year later, I became a Key Account Manager for Pharmaceutical sector.
In 2016 I have secured a Lead Strategic Client Manager position becoming a manager for the top clients.
In 2017, I became a client service department leader twice in a row based on a customer satisfaction survey results.
I love my work for a variety of tasks.
Being a client manager, I solve issues of any complexity and help in the most unusual situations.
As a project manager within ManpowerGroup, I coordinate work of the entire team, motivate and try to help everyone boost their results. I love and appreciate each and every one of my clients, for their diversity and interesting work process.
Our mutual victory is achieving the goal. When the client is happy we are highly motivated to keep working and providing quality service every day.
