His responsibilities include a comprehensive legal support of the company's activities in Russia and the CIS, as well as management of labor health and safety consulting. Mr. Berdinsky is also a member of the Board of Manpower CIS.
Ivan cooperates with professional media and is actively involved in the activities of the Association of European Businesses and the Association of Private Employment Agencies. Under Ivan's leadership Manpower's legal department won the prestigious Best Legal Department in Russia award.
Prior to joining Manpower Ivan has successfully worked in the leading Russian and international law firms and specialized in corporate, commercial and labor law as well as in litigation.
