IT Team Lead
Manpower, together with an international pharmaceutical company, is looking for a technical leader.
Обязанности:
Participation in the localization and adaptation of IT solutions, supporting the following areas:
• Leadership of processes analysis, development of design changes, harmonization of a new IT solution or process, adaptation of IT architecture and business support processes to change
• Solving technological problems - providing access, Control J&J IT process compliance, lead the solution development process for CRM, BI and Digital
• Mentoring and coaching team members, exchange of best practices/principles
• Improving operational efficiency through SDLC procedures and implementing automated tools to improve process efficiency (e.g. CI/CD automation)
• Responsibility for communication procedures, technical and architectural revisions of decisions/processes
• Working with leaders of other areas and functions to manage risks and solutions, escalate and track relationships within the project
• The role of the technological ownership of products in determining the histories and criteria for acceptance of improvements
• Finding a solution in case of critical project stoppers, helping to include new developers and members of the development team
• Management of technical debt, including vulnerability lookup procedures
• Responsibility for technology services process management for the solution at the point of systems readiness
• Responsible for joint products roadmaps planning and IT support strategy in accordance with J&J standards
Требования:
General understanding of the pharmaceutical market and the market of medical products
Experience in analyzing and transforming business processes
Experience in the formation of technical requirements for the development of an it solution, welcome:
• 5+ years of experience in the development and support list of products: ELMA, PowerBI, Qlik, CMP platforms, Mindbox, websites, other.
• Experience with analytical applications: Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika; experience in migration and redesign of systems and processes; experience in building effective processes and communications with business
• Understanding the principles of software development, data structures, algorithms, design basics and best practices of UI development
• Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD principles, IT product development processes
• Skills of finding and solving problems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to present ideas and results both within the team and at the management level.
• Adaptability and proactivity: Willingness to change priorities and ability to take the lead in finding solutions.
