Обязанности:
Participation in the localization and adaptation of IT solutions, supporting the following areas:
• Responsible for overall IT architecture management including product roadmaps
• IT architecture strategy synchonization with regional leaders in accordance with standards
• Leadership of IT systems architectural design and integration patterns in terms of: analysis, development of design changes, harmonization of a new IT solution or process, adaptation of IT architecture and IT processes to change
• Solving technological problems for architectural data models and artefacts - providing access, Control IT process compliance, lead the solution architectural files and comitments in Russia
• Mentoring and coaching team members, exchange of best architectural practices/principles where applicable
• Improving operational efficiency through SDLC procedures and implementing automated tools to improve architectural review process efficiency
• Responsibility for communication architectural governance and procedures, technical and architectural revisions of decisions/processes
• Working with leaders of other areas and functions to manage risks and solutions, escalate and track relationships within the projects
• Finding a solution in case of critical project stoppers, helping to include new developers and members of the development team
• Management of technical debt, including vulnerability lookup procedures
• Responsibility for technology services process management for the solution at the point of systems readiness
Требования:
General understanding of the pharmaceutical market and the market of medical products
Experience in analyzing and transforming IT architecture in line with business processes update
Experience in the formation of technical requirements for architectural elements of the solution, welcome:
• 5+ years of experience in the development and architectural support list of products: ELMA, PowerBI, Qlik, CMP platforms, Mindbox, websites, other.
• Experience with analytical applications: Google Analytics, Yandex Metrika; experience in migration and architectural redesign of systems and processes; experience in building effective architectures and processes and communications with business
• Understanding the principles of architectural principles and patterns, data structures, algorithms, design basics and best practices of corporate architecture management and development
• Knowledge of architectural control systems, CI/CD principles, IT product development processes
• Skills of finding and solving problems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to present ideas and results both within the team and at the management level.
• Adaptability and proactivity: Willingness to change priorities and ability to take the lead in finding solutions.
