Customer Service Specialist
Our client, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, is in search for a Customer Service Specialist
Обязанности:
- Oversee order management from initiation to completion, ensuring efficient processing and adherence to established procedures.
- Manage product distribution to distributors, including shipment coordination, order fulfillment, and associated reporting.
- Contribute to project delivery, demonstrating effective time management and short-term planning skills.
- Lead annual customer satisfaction initiatives, analyzing survey results and implementing action plans for service enhancement.
- Perform transaction analysis, identify and rectify errors, and implement corrective measures to mitigate future issues.
- Resolve deductions and manage escalated customer inquiries and complaints related to orders.
- Support Customer Service initiatives, including compliance activities and providing analytical support to management and brand teams.
- Maintain master data, manage purchasing opportunities, ensure timely import/export license applications, and generate ad-hoc reports for senior management and the Commercial team.
Требования:
- Higher education.
- Strong background in operating within a GMP/GDP environment.
- Solid understanding of import and customs clearance activities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- English level - Intermediate (written).
