Обязанности:
1. Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Strategy in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
2. Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
3. Leading and implementing channel specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
4. Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
5. Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
6. Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected.
7. Work with people, nurture them, identifying strength and weaknessee
Требования:
1.Experience in trade marketing not less than 5 years
2. Experience of work with team of different work level
3. Strategic vision and helicopter view
4. Analytical mindset, proved experience in working with large amount of data, experience in retail data collection coordination.
5. Creative approach and wish to develop something new
6. Passion and readiness to control and push
7. Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
8. Upper-Intermediate English minimum
