The sole legal owners of the trademark, commercial designation "Manpower" (Мэнпауэр), and the corresponding trade name in the Russian Federation since 1991 are LLC "Manpower" and its subsidiaries (LLC "CHAZ Manpower", LLC "MPG IT Solutions"). These rights are held by Manpower companies under a licensing agreement and are officially registered with Rospatent and EGRUL.
In Belarus and Kazakhstan, the official rights to use the Manpower brand belong to UE "Manpower Bel" and LLP "Manpower Kaz".
According to Article 1539(2) and Article 1252(6) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the use of the name "Manpower" (Мэнпауэр) in any form by other legal entities or individuals is unlawful and constitutes a violation of LLC "Manpower"'s exclusive intellectual property rights.
Please note that official representatives of Manpower communicate only via email addresses using the official @manpower.ru domain.
