Sergey Oshkin joined Manpower in 2004 in Novomoskovsk. Sergei worked in the company for 12 years. Since 2016 he is the Head of Complex Service Solutions and is responsible for the development of the Outsourcing.
Sergey has a huge portfolio of successful projects, including customization area outsourcing – start-up, outsourcing of distribution center with 280 people, outsourcing of the production zone with 600 personnel, outsourcing and launch of the service centre of the company and etc. Sergey has a higher education. He graduated from the Mendeleev Institute of Chemical technologies in Novomoskovk city .
