Ekaterina graduated from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, and also studied at the Hogeschool van Amsterdam on an internship in the Netherlands.
She has a successful experience in placing candidates from beginners to top level roles in a variety of industries and disciplines. Among Ekaterina’s clients there are both international companies and representative offices and large Russian holdings.
Ekaterina is a certified assessor and has experience in providing Assessment Centers for major FMCG and pharmaceutical clients.
Ekaterina joined Manpower team on the position of Permanent Recruitment Team leader with responsibility for the area of Russia and the CIS. In 2017, she was appointed to the post of National Recruitment Head Russia & CIS.
