Anna Burova serves as the Head of HR Consulting, where she oversees projects related to outplacement and career consulting, along with the assessment and development of managerial talent. She spearheads the creation of comprehensive programs designed to improve the effectiveness of personnel management, career development, and the realization of career potential across various stages of professional growth. Anna is also a prominent speaker at major conferences and contributes to publications.
Ekaterina is a certified consultant specializing in career counseling technologies and serves as a project manager for outplacement and career consulting initiatives.
She also plays an active part in coordinating and executing evaluation and development projects. Her extensive experience includes implementing numerous initiatives such as salary surveys covering over 100 unique positions across various industries, as well as providing outplacement services, career counseling, personnel evaluations, and both individual and group career coaching.
Daria is responsible for coordinating projects. She provides informational support to participants in the program, organizes meetings and business trips related to the outplacement initiative, and manages the preparation and signing of contracts as well as billing processes.
She graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Regional Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University. Currently, Daria is pursuing her master’s degree at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia.
